This week i'll be taking on Ben Shephard in a 3 round boxing match (as some of you may already know). Just wanna say thanks to everyone who is supporting me! I've been training hard. Had a few injuries along the weay. Strained my knee, got the flu and was out for 5 days or so and injured a rib or two during sparring so... these last two weeks i've been playing catch up. Anyway... hopefully all will go to plan and I will come out the champ on the day!!! Keep everything crossed for me I'll keep you posted on the day of the fight and after!
