The awards, which celebrate young people in the community, will be held at the Glasgow Hilton on Thursday 29th April.

Hot on the heels of the massive top ten success of 'The Way Love Goes', we are thrilled to confirm that the next single to be taken from Lemar's album 'The Hits' is...

'Coming Home'!

The brilliantly upbeat 'Coming Home' was recorded especially for 'The Hits' and was written by Lemar with big names Alonzo Mario Stevenson, Eric Stamile and Tony Reyes, whose previous credits include tracks for Gwen Stefani, Shakira and Leona Lewis.

Lemar to perform at the Isle Of Man Bay Festival

We are very pleased to confirm that Lemar is to perform at the Isle Of Man Bay Festival!

The festival will take place on the island on June 18th, and Lemar will be headlining with other massive names like JLS, The Saturdays and The Feeling!

Lemar performs at tenth anniversary Teenage Cancer Trust concert

We are thrilled to confirm that Lemar will soon be performing at the Royal Albert Hall as part of the Teenage Cancer Trust’s first ever pop night!

Lemar will play the show, which takes place on March 28th, on the same night as Diana Vickers and multi-BRIT award winning sensations JLS!

Teenage Cancer Trust believes that teenagers should not have to stop being teenagers, just because they have cancer. The charity funds and develops specialist teenage cancer units within NHS hospitals which enable young people to be treated together, by an expert team, in the best possible environment. Teenage Cancer Trust focuses on quality of life and aims to improve the chances of survival for young people with cancer. Since its inception in 1990, the charity has opened a total of 14 units and plans to build enough so that, by 2012, every single teenager in the UK can have access to the support they provide.

Lemar performs in Parliament

Yesterday, Lemar was thrilled to have the opportunity to perform live in the Houses of Parliament!

Lemar appeared on behalf of the Creative Coalition Campaign, and sang 'Dance (With U)', 'If There's Any Justice' plus new single 'The Way Love Goes' for a variety of important folks, including some MPs, ministers, record industry representatives, and even a few Lords!

Lemar tweeted about the occasion, which was held to highlight the importance of the UK's strong and talented creative industries...

Lemar performs at Rock4Life Festival

Lemar is thrilled to be joining an all-star lineup to play at Inverness' Rock4Life festival!

Lemar will take to the stage at the festival, which runs on May 1st and 2nd, alongside such massive names as McFly and Sugababes.

Rock Life will raise money for Highland Hospice, the only hospice which serves adults with incurable life-limiting disease in the Highlands of Scotland. For more information and ticketing details, head to rock4life.co.uk.

Lemar's new greatest hits album 'The Hits' release date has been put back a week due to manufacturing problems.

The album will now be released on Monday 8th March and not the 1st as previously advertised.

Lemar's hits collection includes such hit singles as Dance (With You), 50/50 and If There's Any Justice along with the brand new single The Way Love Goes, which charted this week at Number 8 - his seventh Top 10 hit.

We're psyched to tell you that in its first week, Lemar's new single 'The Way Love Goes' entered the official UK singles chart at number 8 on Sunday!

Lemar posted this to his Twitter account last night: "THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR GETTING MY NEW SINGLE 'THE WAY LOVE GOES' TO NUMBER 8! MY 7th TOP TEN SINGLE! LUV U MORE THAN I CAN EXPRESS x :-)"
